18 CEAT students awarded the Martin Family Scholarship

18 students from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology were awarded the Martin Family Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to students involved in the Cyclone Cowboys and who have gone above and beyond in the promotion of wind energy in the community and advancement of wind energy research at Oklahoma State University.

CEAT professors researching solar-powered desalination technology for oil and gas industry

Researchers in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology are beginning a three-year project to develop advanced solar-powered desalination technology to treat produced water from the oil and gas industry. Negative aspects of produced water are that it can include things like oil, grease and salts. It can also contain dissolved gases and radioactive materials.
