Weather’s unpredictability can change seasons in an instant and turn a bright, sunny day into a tumultuous, confounding chaos with little to no warning. A team at the Oklahoma Aerospace Institute for Research and Education hopes its research in numerous areas dedicated to observing, predicting and assessing weather-related phenomena might influence the future of meteorology.

Oklahoma State University announces Fulbright US Scholar Awards for 2024-25

Oklahoma State University has announced that Dr. Norb Delatte, Dr. Salim Hiziroglu, Dr. Holly Karibo and Dr. Javier Vilcáez received Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program awards from the U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.to teach and conduct research as Fulbright Scholars for the 2024-25 academic year.

CEAT professor focuses on safety while researching highway rail-grade crossings

Research in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology’s School of Civil and Environmental Engineering focuses on public safety in all aspects of society. One research project currently underway with Dr. Joshua Li, of CIVE, is studying safety around highway-rail grade crossings, or railway crossings that are at the same height as the road they cross.

American Concrete Institute recognizes CIVE professor
