Stephen Clarke appointed Nutritional Sciences department head

Dr. Stephen Clarke has been appointed head of the Department of Nutritional Sciences in the Oklahoma State University College of Human Sciences, it was announced at the January 19 meeting of the Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents. Clarke had been serving interim department head since July 2017.
